Kumquat May is the second in our range of special limited edition seasonal infusions - a delightful liqueur reminiscent of Granny’s very own marmalade (only mischieviously drunken), and crafted in very small batches using our home grown organic kumquats.

UMESHU
Limited Edition Seasonal Release
Our Umeshu is a unique take on the delicious Japanese plum liqueur (or plum wine as it is often referred to - although it is a distilled product). This is a special limited edition seasonal infusion, crafted in very small batches using home grown organic plums.
Picture freshly picked plums bobbing in wooden buckets of sweet distilled craft spirit... and let the sweet scent of ume plum blossom drifting across the fields in the spring, carry you into the summer.
Best served well chilled over ice, with or without a dash of soda.

Tuckombil Dry gin
Tuckombil Dry Gin is our special house edition gin.
Pot distilled in small batches with our unique blend of botanicals which include juniper, ginger and citrus peels ~ either locally sourced or grown on our organic farm in Tuckombil ~ to create a splendid take on a traditional dry gin.
Best enjoyed on balmy subtropical evenings with a chorus of crickets, a dash of tonic, chunks of ice & a slice of your favourite citrus... we suggest blood orange.
But really, anyhoo will do.

Flinders Island gin
Flinders Island Gin is a limited edition gin ~ the wild stormy Southern cousin of our Tuckombil Dry ~ and is crafted with a herbaceous blend of native botanicals found on Flinders Island, Tasmania.
The gin is pot distilled in small batches with these organic botanicals, which include mountain pepperberry, coastal daisybush & native juniper.
Best enjoyed with a mountain view, but really anywhere will do.
